  Info update. Found paperwork. Was actually in a folder marked fireplace! The company is Allgas, 256-536-0717. They had originally been recommended by Southern Home and Hearth. And, I highly recommend them. Only problem is when I called, they are booked into December. They gave me a reference for another person, Clay Phillips, 256-520-2499. He is supposed to come out this coming Tuesday, so I will give another update then. At my old house, I used to have a wood fireplace, with a circulator fan. Loved the wood burning fireplace, but grief it was a lot of work. My current one is a ventless, i.e., it actually heats the living room, and I love it! When it's working. (Nice to turn off the lights, snuggle with the cat, and use one of my Kindle apps!) I also had a hard wired CO2 detector installed. And, it has never been a problem.
