  Sounds like there may a possible workmanship issue. Ryder homes should be made aware. I had an issue last year that was handled within a week, but an additional call for action on another matter has not recieved a response after two notifications.   Hi Chalon: We actually had the same problem with ours from the get-go and had it repaired under the Ryder warranty. Then it happened again and I contacted Ryder Homes (ryderhomes.com for their info) and they paid to have it replaced. If they’re not willing to work with you then I know that we’ve used Asien’s Appliance (546-3749) to fix some of our other GE appliances.   Had a similar problem? This is a window above our kitchen cabinets. It has started leaking with the rain hitting that side of the house - we painted the exterior of the house less than two years ago with the elastomeric paint so we are not sure how/where this leak might be occurring... Anyone have any ideas or know of a repair person to come take a look and fix it? Thanks!
