  My neighbor, Mike Veneziale, has been in the Family concrete biz all of his life...215-639-3873. Does EXCELLENT work, at reasonable prices. Owns all his own equipment, so no rental fees. As for finding a concrete man who will move your plants...That's called a landscaper! Good Luck!
