Bankruptcy is something you don't want to mess around with or guess at. It is a court proceeding. The difference between A-Z and Mountain Law Group is that Atty. Lowenberg can give LEGAL advice. A-Z cannot. As for client charges, MLG does not have a set fee, all clients circumstances are different, therefore he gives a free consultation, and once he understands your situation, will let you know at that point what you can expect the cost to be. ALL bankruptcy filers (A-Z or MLG) must take the classes. They are court ordered and paid to a 3 rd party, NOT to the attorney (as Ruth errantly stated). I hope this helps all who are reading. :-)
HI. I was injured at a place of business, Their insurance company said they investigate. Haven't heard from them and they don't return calls. Anyone know a good attorney in Montrose /Delta area. Any names would be helpful. thanks
Does anyone know of a good attorney that maybe does a free consult and doesnt charge an arm and a leg? divorce has been final for 7 months and now ex husband wants to modify the divorce decree because he "can no longer afford to pay" the credit card debt he racked up the day after I left him. I'm thinking it might get kinda ugly??! TIA

Carla, I work with Anna Cooling at Mountain Law Group, 970-497-2204. She does a free consult and will tell you if she thinks she can help and if it will be worth it for you. Also, Grace Community Church will be offering a free legal night soon.
