  Northern Pain Institute, think that is the name. Dr. Baumanns office. You may be assigned to one of the NP's. I see Lisa Statem. They are off Larry Caldwell Drive - off Pioneer Parkway. It is the 2 nd building turning up the road. 717-0788. I see him when I need the shots in he nerves in my head.
