  Why not check here first right? My partner and I are purchasing our first home. Our offer has just been accepted. We are in need of an inspector (preferably WETT certified as the home will have a wood burning fireplace), and a lawyer. Do you ladies have any recommendations? We have chaotic schedules that don't sync up great so we are finding ourselves a little overwhelmed with the tight deadlines and all that needs to be finalized. Price is a factor. While I'd love to say it's not, we are also buying a car so the bank account is taking a hit haha. Thanks in advance for any recommendations! And if you have any tips for us overwhelmed and under-informed first time buyers, pass those along too! Haha.
