  Ye olde pug (Omar) has been exhibiting horrible breath lately -- like miasmic stink-up-the-entire-room breath. The vet had previously suggested his teeth need a good clean. I'm reluctant to have him anaesthetized, as he's 11 years old and pugs have respiratory problems at the best of times. He won't tolerate toothbrushing/oral spray (or nail clipping etc.). I've tried a liquid additive for dental health and bad-breath treats to no avail. Just wondering if anyone can offer any thoughts/advice/suggestions? p.s. he's not had any changes to his semi-raw diet of organic kibble, sweet potato/carrots and chicken necks.
