Need some tamales. Any "authentic" tamale makers in Northern Kentucky. "Authentic" means tamales like I eat in Southern Colorado: pork and 2.5 inches think with 'lots of' pork. ... not skinny little ones that have a thickness of a pencil... On a scale of 1-10, probably a 5 in terms of heat... I am a gringo. Contingent upon price and quality, I could use maybe two dozen. Please let me know if you are a tamale maker... :)
