  Off the top of my head, Dundas community Services. They have a Volunteer friendly visiting and a Volunteer friendly calling program. More info at http://www.dundascommunityservices.on.ca/.../seniors-and.../ They also offer Community education of caregivers, and support to Seniors as well. I will look into a few more resources for you.
