  This is Bully. My daughter's good friend found him wandering the streets a few months ago, half-starved and really skittish, as if he'd been abused. So he gave him a new home. Last night, he got outside without the leash and got hit by a car. He isn't using his back legs very well and is in obvious pain when he is moved. His owner cannot afford to get him to a vet for x-rays or treatment. Does anyone know of a vet in the West Plains area who would take payments so we can get this boy checked out? Or if there is any organization around that helps with emergency vet care? Please let me know ASAP!
