  Actually it's a motor issue. Make sure the basket can spin freely. If not, there may be clothing stuck. Also, make sure you don't overload or accidentally set the water level at a position smaller than your washing needs. Try resetting first. If that doesn't work call Dale Christopher at 828-302-7141. He is a handyman that works for my brother.
