They deliver to Sanur too, and if you send them this photo and tell 'em the flavours of the cake that you want, they'll get back to you with a quote ASAP (they can literally do anything you want - I've had sushi-shaped cakes, to stormtrooper to Peppa Pig, to roast chicken (!)). Normally my ordering process is done a day and I don't have to worry about it again as they take care of it all. http://www.ixoracakes.com

  A great shop we used in Bali was Ixora Cakes. From a photo they made a delicious & perfect looking cake for us. Great staff, couldn't have been happier. Plus they delivered it to the restaurant we were eating at a few hours early for the surprise 😄👍 http://www.ixoracakes.com

They're at Delicioso bistro at Raya Semer, if you go from Canggu Raya, just follow the road til you find Elite Havens property on your left, then Delicioso is about 100 m on your right.
