About us
Carol is a top producing full time agent who has served her clients in Merrimack Valley real estate for nearly 25 years. As a consistent top producer, she has received many awards from both her company and the local board. In order to better serve her clients, she has furthered her training beyond the basic licensing to include special designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Buyer Representative Specialist (CBR) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI). In addition to these she is a member of the Historic Estate program sponsored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation (NTHP).
Carol and her husband Tim formed CTS Realty Partners as a team to better serve her growing client base. Tim comes to real estate from a 35 year career in teaching, coaching and directing summer programs.
In 2013, the team grew with the addition of Dale Bengtson, who, with his background in construction and home improvement gives the team a valuable perspective from that point of view. Dale is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) who relates well to people and blends well with the team.
