Hi, I'm new to the area and have a VPK age child. What Preschools would you recommend?
Out of the three which would you choose (they have openings) Sunny Dazes, Woodlands 9-1 program or All Gods children.
Thank you!

I have been following along for a while and feel that All God's Children's (AGC) long term positive reputation in the community speaks for itself. However, as an active early childhood education advocate AND the Director of AGC, I feel compelled to res pond to a recent post that refers to our "consistently terriable Kindergarten Readiness Scores".... After scoring in the top 5% of VPK providers in the state from the time we started offering VPK in 2005, we were shocked at our readiness rate calculation for the 2011-12 school year. It was an odd year for us. We were disappointed, but determined to identify and correct the situation. After careful evaluation and reflection, we kept the best (heart) of our program and incorporated some fresh, new ideas on how to best prepare our students (and their parents) for the required academic testing that would take place during the first 30 days of Kindergarten. We did this without sacrificing our belief and dedication to focusing on the whole child (knowledge, confidence, problem solving...). The result is an exceptional program that continues to provide a family friendly environment that focuses on combining the needs and comfort level of early childhood experiences with the expectations of the current early elementary school curriculum standards. I invite ANYONE with questions or who would like more information on readiness rates, assesment procedures etc. to contact me at AGC...941-729-2776, email: agc@livinglordfl.org OR for a faster response, feel free to email me personally at haymas07@gmail.com.
