I need someone familiar with the eviction process to take paperwork to S.O. and remove tenant and belongings, secure property, and change locks. If interested PM me with estimate.   Steven Hale, I can help you. Deborah Sexton with Sexton Administrative Services, (678) 640-2692. Eviction is a process. I go by the legal process. Make sure you first give your tenant a three day notice of "Intent to Evict", then move forward with the eviction. Property Management is one of the many things I do. Please feel free to call me. Sorry for you and your tenant to go through this, however something you really need to do if not paying rent.
