  Denise P. wrote: I utilized this individual to alleviate a problem with mud being brought in my home from pets. I made him aware of the recommendations (which would have included a new slab under deck step) and fee of a another potential contractor. He installed a Blue Stone pathway, river rock plant beds in 2018. I mentioned possibly replacing a nonprofessionally installed drain using ventilated type of brick in front of my patio. But decided not to replace it. I also mentioned the previous contractors recommendation for a slab at the base of the step on the side of my patio and was told it would not be needed. In September I made D. Nutter aware large amounts of water was pooling at the base of the steps as well as an area were the new Bluestone slabs met the lawn in front of my double gate. After sending pics and texting back and fourth. it was stated that I had been told a drain among other things he had suggested a box drain in the river gravel right next to the pad which would have been laid all the way out to the right corner or front right corner of my yard or another option redoing the pad to make it higher which would probably have an awkward lip of transition from the Flagstone to the pad. Neither issue was discussed prior to installation of the walkway. My understanding was that Mr. Nutter was willing to put a drain in at an additional cost of 600.00 over the 7K I had already paid. After refusing the offer since the work was still under warranty text became less service oriented I proposed a payment of 200.00 for drain instillation and was told he would do it for 200. or even the original 600.00. Regret changing my initial review from 4 to 5 after receiving call from owner, and falsely claiming y 4 star rating was an error on my part rather than stating I was unhappy with the clean up and pruning of my front flowerbed and of course before the pooling problem. Recent pics will be posted to Facebook in a few days. Just as a side note the river rock flowerbed and plantings were lovely last year. This review is based on my opinion.

  Thanks Chris. Yes, call Pro Lawn Care! We don't support illegal immigration, so you won't have problems communicating with any of our guys. We are college educated in horticulture. Our extensive knowledge in the field separates us from all the typical guys doing it in the area.
