  Nathan gray is our contractor and he is great. Make sure that they are licensed and bonded. We had that issue with a handyman and had to replace the support for the 2 nd floor. Cost the original owner an extra 5 k for the mistakes. His number is 3603402485 and his company is cascade specialties
