My employees (and myself) have all been able to use our spouses' benefits, but I'm looking to hire someone who will need me to supply health insurance. I'm not sure where to start.

  I own www.txinsurance.com. 5818 4 th street old katy. Over 12 years. State and federal certified. There is no way to band together to do what you are thinking. You either buy insurance through group employer sponsored or individual. Next open enrollment period is November 15. You can not buy prior unless you have a special enrollment life event.
