  Gluten Free Gel Dye (canada) I just ordered a bunch of Wilton Gel Dyes for my Christmas baking and noticed they have traces of gluten in them!!! Does anyone know of any gel or powder food dye that I would be able to find in Canada that doesn't have gluten? I have the liquid dyes you can buy at any grocery store but they're not appropriate for things like macaroons and they water down icing without adding much color. A friend recommended Sugar Art powder but with shipping and duties get involved it's quite expensive. Thanks for any suggestions!
