  That's horrible!!! It's so lucky your neighbor will rescue it! The only clinic I know of that would be open at this hour would be the Animal Hospital in Springdale. http://www.aecnwa.com. 479-927-0007. I hear it's pretty pricy but if it's an emergency there's not much of a choice! If they find a place PM me and I'll make a donation for the cause.
