  This is a long shot, but: we own a condo in Waltham and our tenants called to say they have NO HEAT (gas water heater). Been trying to reach plumbers that offer 24 hours emergency service but they only do so for existing customers. Anyone know a plumber that would service Waltham and go TONIGHT or very early tomorrow? With freezing temps, I really need that heat back on for the tenants. Thanks, any leads are welcomed!
