  My dad is an estate lawyer. I have no clue if he will let anyone make payments...it's worth a shot. He's been practicing law for about forty years give or take a few. His name is Roger Marshall his office is on Bruce rd by California park & the number is 530-895-1512 if he won't take payments I'm sure he knows someone who does.
