    HI all. Closing on a house Feb 2nd in Gregory. First project is to remove tile floor from a family room and replace with hardwood flooring. Any suggestion who to work with? Also doing a facelift (re-tile) the fireplace, so any suggestion of a good contractor for that as well would be much appreciated. Thanks!
