  It looks like the owner just uploaded business info and a photo yesterday to YellowPages.com, so I assume his business is now open (it was set to open sometime this month). I added the info to the MyColdwater.com listings. http://www.mycoldwater.com/listings/oldmanpower.html ... the business name is "Relevant Tattoo"
