hands down Cary Grove Computer Repair. Long story short, two weeks ago, my MAC book died. Research and testing showed it was motherboard. $1000. Chad at CGCR ended up calling Apple, verified on the phone for 45 that the DAY BEFORE my computer ended up having a company wide recall. FREE repair. Chad refunded all my money, he lost out on the hardware purchase and wasn't upset about losing a bit of money, because he had a happy customer who would tell his story.
