  Bubbie's bistro ( www.bubbiesbistro.com ) and i think that Jerusalem Rest just moved to the same block. Also, up the street (all on Ventnor Ave) is Aroma Kosher dairy. There used to also be a burger place, but i am not sure if it is still there
