Also, if you're looking for some decent volume of lime, see www.juiceconcepts.ca as they have both fresh lime and fresh lime bar mix (lime juice balanced with simple syrup) available in different sizes up to 5L jugs.

  i want to age my own blend of negronis, boulevardiers, and manhattans. looking to purchase 2L oak barrels. anyone know where i can get them locally? most websites ship to the US, and not to me without charging me an arm and a leg. love to hear recommendations! thanks (also, is it better to aged in charred oak, regular oak, or used whisky barrels. i guess based on personal preference?)
