  Craig Keiffer, Master Electrician,972-475-0611. He has worked Richardson for years, and he knows what he's doing. I use him on all of my real estate deals, when needed. He "saves" deals, by knowing what's really wrong, and fixing it properly, without having to replace the whole panel.
