  Have been happy with http://www.candcgarage.com/ though it may be far for her as it's in Vienna and since they are popular sometimes can take a while so best to call them in advance for time estimate.

  My family has taken all our cars, including two Hondas, to C&C Garage in Vienna for the past 15 years. We've always been thrilled with their prices, turnaround time, and honesty -- if a repair could be put off for a while, they'll let you know so you can save a little money. They've even told me to do some repairs myself, and explained how to do them (I like working on my cars, but I'm pretty inexperienced) rather than even offering to do it themselves. http://www.candcgarage.com/
