  Calling out for some referrals in the Metro West Massachusetts area. - I need a good roofer for an estimate and opinion: - In the process of tearing out wet and moldy interior materials as I was chasing a bad leak in my home office, I find that the damage includes rotted structure and timber, sheathing and joists. Add to this the fact that the roof is Terra Cotta tile and it may be cheaper to replace the roof on the office with a standard shingled roof rather than just do the repair. --- Looking for contractors and roofers who can repair or replace and who guarantee not just their work but also the EFFECT (eg NO leaks or continued damage) of their work Thanks to anyone who can assist Richard
