  We had the very top piece come loose and I wasn't able to fix it myself. Called Premier Quality Windows & Siding in Oswego. Came out and fixed it same day. Probably took about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if the cost was pricey or not ($125) but at least the work is guaranteed and I didn't have to climb a ladder 25 feet or so. http://www.premierqualitywindows.com/
