Hi there!
I am a second year fashion student at RMIT and am in desperate need of a photographer and model for a photo shoot this coming Sunday (15th June!)
This semester had a complete focus on the tailored jacket and from this I explored the distortion of mathematical measurement to create a fitted woman's jacket that emphasises the female form, following theorist Anne Hollander's notion that the tailored jacket is the closest thing to the naked body.
My tailored jacket has subtle sculptural elements so I would be interested in shooting on location around Inge King's 'Forward Surge' Sculpture at the Melbourne Arts Centre. With my two garments being a bold colour of red, I feel that it would contrast well with the black of the Sculpture. However; if weather conditions are not ideal, I would be happy to do a studio photo shoot instead.
Below is an image of my jacket (please note that this is a toile and not the final garment) along with a couple of mood images for the shoot.
In regards to a Model, I am looking for someone who is a Size 8 with a pale complexion and dark hair preferably.
If anyone is interested please contact me via Facebook or my mobile (0423657275)
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
