  Katy's course at Appleyoga!! The venue is SE London, but sooooo worth the journey!

  Appleyoga definitely worth it :) now includes baby massage and yoga, which is great for post natal. Starts soon but only a couple of places left. We had people travelling from scotland, the islands, france and south africa to do it, so think that speaks volumes for katy and the team. Good luck and enjoy x
