  Looking for a licensed roofer. Our insurance MMG dropped us because they say we need a new roof, imagine that, we just had it appraised and they said it was good condition. Other companies won't take us because we have had 1 small claim in 12 years. Homeowners beware, if you're shopping for insurance, a new company won't take you even with 1 small claim and we have to tell about the roof because they all know. We need an estimate first and the one we called never called us back. We live in Springvale. Please, we need a good reputable roofer.
