  Hi Listers: Does anyone have any experience finishing their third floor into functional living space? We own the top two floors of our East Arlington condo, and our third floor is completely unfinished. We have big thoughts on what we'd like to do up there (shed dormer, family room, laundry, bathroom, two bedrooms).
