  Tracy's on Western Ave, corner of Cullom. Only $5 and she does a fantastic job! It's walk-in only. 4300 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60618 (773) 588-3120. She cut my 13 yo son's long hair into a short cut in 15 minutes and it's one of the best cuts he has ever had.
