Which is really confusing to me, but whatever! Lol and a chimney that needs flashing? And a big gaping hole in my roof over garage where the apparently 'wrong' design of my house let's water roll down into space and go nowhere!??? So .....any good roofers out there want a local roof repair that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg? Insurance will not cover it :(:( thanks in advance :):)
