  We were trying to keep it local by trying to use ADC Builders to remodel our bathroom. ONLY to find out that after waiting 5 months Alec never put us on his schedule. He came out measured and than we never heard from him again.... SO now I get no remodeled bathroom this February... Now it is further out. Anyone know a contractor that wont blow me off.

  I was happy with ADC when they redid my bathrooms, but they are very busy, so you do have to wait. Recently had a shower redone by Confidence Builders (not done in the previous remodel). Was happy with the result. 505-470-1512

My husband and I already have an official home inspector coming out, but fellow home buyers have suggested having contractor's opinion would be helpful as well. We know a lot of the homes here in town were built fairly quickly, and we are looking to make sure the structure is sound. Any suggestions?
