  Deleted my post on accident but here it is again. My shih-zu Jasper was jumped by our other two dogs. Turns out the female is in heat and our other male really hurt him. He was bleeding from his neck which it finally stopped. But he is very weak, shaking, and wheezing. I need an emergency vet who takes payments and can help my dog. I've had him for 5 years and hate seeing him hurt! Does anyone know anyone who can help?
