  According to the flyer we picked up while there, it is Borrego Community Health Foundation and Desert Hot Springs Community Health Center. It is free or based on a sliding scale I think. Their number is 951-763-4759.

  Anza Community Health Center: 58581 Highway 371, Anza. Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. 951-763-4759 When you call them, you might suggest they add the clinic to their website. Had to look all over the place to find the #.
