  It has been a while since I posted here. If all goes well, the property I am purchasing in the High Country Ranches area will be closing in a couple of weeks. I have never lived this far into the country so it is a big change for me, but one I welcome and am looking forward to. There are services I know I will be needing from the get go. I believe in using the services of the community I live in, so I would like to start here for your input. To begin with: The propane tank is extremely small and I will be needing a larger tank, so I need to know who to contact. I am with T-Mobile and do not have cell service AND I will need a reliable internet provider. The property has a very long and rather steep driveway which needs to be graded better. Who do you suggest? Do I need a generator and does one particular brand stand out? I need a couple of shedrow barns, corrals, an arena, troughs, feeders,etc., for four horses. Is there a local company I can inquire with? I would like to get a grey water tank set-up to drip water the trees that are already on the property whenever possible, instead of using the well water. Does anyone have these tanks (or bladders) and who can do the install? All suggestions are appreciated.
