  B & C Sewing and Vacuum in Yakima (613 W Yakima Ave, Yakima (509) 453-8301) is the best place to take your machines. Sorry, there aren't any places here in Ellensburg. You might try calling them to order the part...they would likely be happy to order it for you and ship the part to your house, if you want to fix it yourself.
