  Appreciate the good work, Mary. But here's the deal: if you need a formal appraisal - that's totally different than getting an estimate of market value from a real estate agent. And if you are looking to do a refi - good luck. It's hell these days and the appraisals ALWAYS come in ridiculously low. Try Jean Swoboda. She's a licensed appraiser and is very familiar with the area - she 'gets' it. Try her here: JEAN10101@HOTMAIL.COM 773-271-3200.
