  Need recommendation, please! Our entire front porch was improperly poured (prior owners), and we have to have it redone; however, there is a storage room inside the house and beneath the stairs, so several people have said they won't bid on the job because of water issues and the void/space. Do you have a room below your porch and have had your porch redone? Recommendations for workers? General tips or problems?

  I have used Galaco Carpentry (on Irving) for a ton of stuff (complete gut/redo kitchen/baths/windows/etc.) and I know they redid some of the front porch/structural stuff for those new houses in that pocket west of Western and north of Addison, many of which were not properly done/supported on the front and fell apart. I recommend the owner Gary Galati HIGHLY as on time, reasonable, smart, and creative. 773.588.1888. PM me if you have questions.
