  Would anyone be able to recommend a preschool (looking for an education component, not just daycare) for a 2.5 year old (3 in Jan) that does 5 mornings a week and allows drop off around 7-7:15am? I'm looking for something that's affordable (not charging full-time rates for just mornings alone) easily accessible to 95 from the preschool. Considering Perry Hall, Parkville, White Marsh areas for this reason. The place where he is now is giving me hesitation. Thanks in advance.
