About us
Since 2003 when I took my 1st horse in there have been hundreds of animals that have been Fostered here and had safe permanent placement on great homes, I have changed my focus from being a Full on rescue to just a Wildlife Rescue and maintaining several blind and unadoptable horses who will remain here in Sanctuary on a permanent basis For the rest of their natural lives.
There will still be fundraising events and we would gladly appreciate volunteers and donations towards the care of these Blind and Disabled horses as well as the the Wildlife which is so important to mans survival .....
Our lifetime residents have a promised home with us until God calls them over the Rainbow Bridge as we believe all life is far more valuable than just being discarded because of any handicap and In 2012 I started a program training the blind horses to be ridden.
I also do pony rides and wagon rides for small children to help raise much needed funds to allow us to continue our work here.
All proceeds go back into the Sanctuary to help with grain, hay and Vet Bills for our permanent lifetime residents. I do have board and administrative members.
We turn nothing away that is in need.
