Started my SG trial (want to see how it goes for a week before signing up) - period today - so ate 2 hardboiled egss, 2 yellow cling peaches and tonight 8 rolls of sushi - NO rice - cucumber roll with prawns, avo and salmon. And thats it - run out of ideas other than steak tomorrow night? Any suggestions where I can go look for simple recipes please. I dont enjoy vegetables (except LOVE sweet potato) and seldom salads - and dont touch chicken unless off the farm and bit "moeg" of lamb - I am in the Karoo .... please help
