  Neil... what about approaching those organisers of student exchanges. You the ones families take 1 /2/ 3 French or Italian students for school exchange trips. Ready made list of people wanting to rent rooms out, furnished and in most areas that will work for you. Failing that I can put a few tents up in my garden !!
