  We recently used Jeff Leland - 838-9600. He had a heck of a time getting the old one out (Ryder installation). He ended up having to drill it out as a last resort, but it took longer (more $) as a result. Just thought I'd give you a heads up. We've used Jeff before and would use him again. He also recommended a great replacement pull-down model.
