It started with a New Year's resolution which was so brilliant and ingenious that it continued for a few years after - I would do ONE thing each month which I'd never done before.
Some months I simply watched a film I'd not seen, read a new book, visited former school friends, went to concerts by my favourite artists. Other months I swam with dolphins in the Caribbean, rode a camel in the Egyptian desert, rode an elephant through jungle in Thailand, parachuted out of a plane. One time I decided to get myself a DSLR camera and figure out how to use it properly. In 2008 I went to my first film premiere and got hooked on photographing red carpet events...
In 2013 I was invited to photograph for BAFTA.
My name is Paul, and I am a self taught Digital Stills Photographer - currently engaged in personal artistic projects designed to teach me new skills including child, and fine art portraiture.
